A Split Type Air Conditioner is an Air Conditioning system that consists of two separate units - the Air Handling Unit (Indoor) and the Condensing Unit (Outdoor).

The Outdoor Unit is installed on the exterior wall of the room that you wish to cool. This unit contains the compressor, condenser coil and the capillary tubing. The Indoor Unit houses the cooling coil, blower and air filter.
